Founded in 2018, VOYAH is a high-end intelligent new energy vehicle brand. Our project empowered VOYAH with end-to-end digital service ecosystem innovation, integrating cross-industry experience trends with the brand’s positioning to upgrade user experience. We conducted user research in 5 cities, held innovation workshops in 3 regions, and developed over 100 creative concepts. We focused on experience design for VOYAH’s pre-sales, sales, and after-sales core scenarios, optimized digital service touchpoints, and delivered a complete solution with implementation planning. Key achievements: Built a full-lifecycle user experience journey map and innovated core service scenarios; iterated and implemented APP UX/UI design; diagnosed APP pain points, provided optimization solutions, and established standardized UX/UI design principles for the brand.
