A User-Centered UX design for NIO OS 3.0’s media & entertainment system for the HMI. Features including in-car Karaoke and video apps, with deep research on free content discovery to precision search user scenarios. Collaborated cross-functionally with product, research and engineering teams, leveraged user insights and data to define design requirements, created interactive prototypes, and drove full design implementation. Conducted targeted digital cockpit UX research, delivered design trend reports, and explored cutting-edge in-vehicle interaction patterns to elevate the premium in-car user experience.
